I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a spacious room overlooking the street, but the service was not very accommodating. The location was ideal with easy access to amenities, although it could be noisy on high floors. The dining experience was decent, and the hotel had good facilities.
The hotel is situated in a fabulous upscale neighborhood right in Salamanca, the luxury area, offering a fantastic location surrounded by many shops, restaurants, and attractions like El Prado and Parque de Retiro. The rooms are spacious, some with beautiful bathtubs and walk-in wardrobes, allowing for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The Junior Suite had a separate living area with a sofa and desk, a large bathroom with twin sinks, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city if you're up for some walking, shopping, and dining in the Salamanca neighborhood. The dining experience was good with a traditional Spanish touch, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel is located in a lovely upscale area within walking distance of major attractions and offers comfortable rooms and polite, helpful service. The dining experience, although in a beautiful setup, may not meet all preferences.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was large and very spacious, the bed was a bit small for my liking. On the bright side, there was a beautiful surprise waiting for us in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
